After earning my MBA from Marshall University, I spent four years in the construction industry refining processes for efficiency and risk management. Although I was progressing in my career, I felt unfulfilled and began dreaming of building a team that supported each other in achieving not just work goals, but personal growth as well. This led me to partner with my husband, Brent Bauer, to found Transform Charleston.
